ISOTECH® IPSSA Low Profile, Pre-Compressed Seismically Rated Spring Mount, IPSSA unique design allows spring adjustment from top, using an impact wrench. This offers quick and easy adjustment on spring and has significant competitive advantage over other available spring mounts in the market. IPSSA floor mount springs are factory pre-compressed by 50% and only require fine tuning/adjustment on site. Low profile design minimizes the seismic loads transmitted into concrete anchors or bolt attachment and this allows very high seismic ratings. IPSSA Spring mounts are available for 1” or 2” deflection springs and can go up to 4500 lbs capacity with minimum 1.6g rating for lateral load. Housing is hot-dip galvanized and spring(s) are color-code with powder coat finish for maximum corrosion protection.
