Description Item description: Rolex box dating from either the late 1950s, or early 1960s. The green leatherette box has a gold blocked Rolex crown to the lid, and has an unusual asymmetrical opening. The interior has a white satin roof with gold Rolex name & crown blocked to the lower right. The base has a green velvet pad with a covered metal form to hold the wristwatch. The pad typically can be removed from the case, with a position to hold the certificate underneath. Condition report: Exterior generally fine with obvious age showing, but clean, and the gold blocked logos and names clear. Interior generally clean with just light aging to the white satin. The pad in excellent order. Special notes: A particularly rare Rolex box to find. Ordering:
